1. How long does it take to receive a dress after ordering?
For bridesmaid dresses, usually it takes 4-5 weeks for processing and 3-5 days for shipping.

For little girls dresses, since we have prepared some TQE and TQM Collections dresses in stock, we will arrange your shipment in 3 -5 working days after receiving your order. For luxury handcrafted TQL Collection dresses commonly takes 15 – 20 days of production time. We will ship it out once it is exquisitely finished.

2. How do I measure myself?
To ensure that the dress is going to fit you perfectly, we advise you get the help of a tailor or friend. Also, follow our Measurement Guide before you make your measurement.
Please notice, the size of bridesmaid dresses typically run smaller than regular clothes, and please do compare your measurements with our size chart before deciding your size.

3. Do you offer customized size for dress?
Yes, we provide customized sizes for each dress. No extra fee for custom size, and the processing time is exactly same as the standard size.

4. How can I avoid color variations?
Usually we suggest putting all dresses together on one order to avoid dye lot variations by using the same batch of fabric. However, it’s OK to order bridesmaid dresses separately if all orders can be placed in 2 weeks. We will collect all orders together and make sure them from same dye lot.

5. How can I order fabric swatch sample to check the color?
If you want the sample, follow the link to our Swatch book and Swatches page to check fabrics and colors.

6. Do you accept try-on home service?
All our products are made-to-order and don't have stock dresses, so we don't provide try-on home service and accept returns like ordering two dresses and sending back one.

7. Do you offer rush order service?
Yes, in case the customer need to receive the dress sooner than the regular delivery time, we will charge extra $20 for Rush Order.

8. What shipping methods do you use?
We ship all items by DHL/FedEx/USPS International Express to customers all over the world. Note: Those expresses do not deliver on weekends or national holidays.

9. How much does shipping cost?
