How our wedding dress customizing works
Every special bride deserves the perfect dress and a dress that will suit her special needs and unique taste! So what better way to get this, than designing your own dress! Simply begin by finding what details you love and shapes of dresses that you know will suit your figure, then hand them to us and we'll wave our magic wand!
Send us large, clear photos of the front and back of the dress you wish to have made up or sections of it. Include your wedding date, and any additional information you think we may need to know to [email protected] This helps speed up the whole process and makes things run much more smoothly. Our stylist will get back to you within 24 hours and will discuss all the small details to ensure everything is correct.
We will send you a direct quotation if the dress should be made as the picture shows or if you want a little bit change.
We will begin making the dress as soon as all the details have been confirmed. We will firstly make it using a greige/lining fabric to ensure the final dress will fit you perfectly. If necessary, we can send you photos of the dress in production, so that you can check the progress of your dress being made. (Some styles are not included in this offer during peak season Jan to April)
Once the dress has been completed, our QA team will check for every detail of the dress before shipping it out to make sure your are satisfied with the final results.
Reasons for why we cannot provide you with the following styles:
Due to intricate lace patterns, sometimes it is impossible to find or replicate the same one to make the dress. E.g. pic 1Due to labor costs, the price of dresses with a vast amount of beads will increase. E.g. pic 2&3&4
Other special fabrics can be difficult to source or get into price. E.g. pic 4&5&6
