A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours after you place the order, please reply the email as soon as possible to ensure your dresses will be processed timely. After receiving your comfirmation email, we'll start making the dresses.
Due to high demand and a potential growth of orders and meanwhile to keep your dress perfectly made, our production times have increased during this peak season to the following.
- Bridesmaid Dresses: 6-7 weeks
- Tops and Separates: 4-5 weeks
- Robes: 2-3 weeks
- Accessories and Veils: 4-5 weeks
- Fabric Samples: 1-2 weeks
- Wedding Dresses: 8-9 weeks
The production time does not include shipping time. It takes 3-7 days for shipping depends on your location.
During our busy months, we do not offer rush orders and expedited shipping, and we suggest ordering bridesmaid dresses 4-5 months before the wedding in case any alteration.
