1. What shipping methods do you use?
We ship all items by UPS/FedEx/DHL International Express to customers all over the world. Please Note: UPS/FedEx/DHL does not deliver on weekends or national holidays.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping rate based on your purchase subtotal and country. You can find our shipping costs below:

3. Can you ship to a P.O. BOX address?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. We require all customers to provide us with an actual address to that we can ensure your products will reach you safely.
4. How can I track my order after it has been shipped out?
After we ship the order out, we will email you a tracking number, which you to follow up directly on the chosen courier’s website.
5. How long does it take for me to receive my dress after I place my order?
Once you place an order, you will get a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of all items you purchased. After you have confirmed all details, you will receive your dress with next 4-5 weeks (wedding dress needs longer time about 2 months).
In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you' ll receive your order:
(Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Estimated Delivery Time.
Processing Time: the period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product. It usually takes about 15-25 working days (wedding dress about 40-50 days).
Shipping Time: the period of time from when the item be shipped by FedEx/UPS/DHL to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 2-3 working days. Estimated Delivery Time: The total period of time from when you confirm all details to when you receive your dress.
6. Do I need to sign my order?
FedEx , DHL and UPS Express Air couriers both require a signature, therefore please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
7. Do you offer rush order service?
Yes, in case the customer need to receive the dress sooner than the regular delivery time, we will charge extra $20 for rush order.
